Wife went in for a manicure to use a gift card she had, but they refused to accept it because when it was purchased and given to her, it said pedicure on card. Not very polite and wasn’t very open to try and make things right. No good for a new customer experience. Services provided were good though management sucks.
Wife got a call from store and they apologized for the misunderstanding. They wanted make up for it now or in a future visit.

I had such a great experience at PinkRose Nails and Spa! The staff were warm and welcoming, the salon was super clean, and my gel manicure and spa pedicure turned out beautifully. They really take their time and have a great selection of colors. Prices are reasonable too. I’ll definitely be coming back — highly recommend!

I literally called within 15 min of showing up on Mother's day. They were able to get me in and although they were obviously busy I didnt feel rushed it wasn't what I would necessarily want for a relaxed time with friends unless you booked in when it wasn't such a busy day but they did a good job and the pricing was fair and im very happy with my spa pedicure!. I will be back
