Normally I'm a huge fan of this store. Don't get me wrong, most staff is competent and handle themselves very very well at this store. But I was saddened tonight to leave the store empty handed due to just not getting talked to. Love this store and I get good help is hard to find but that was annoying.
Edit: changed to 4* from 3* after recent doings there with a great manager lady who changed my views.

LOTS of options for reptile habitats (and fish tanks) that I couldn't see on the website. Staff were actually quite knowledgeable and very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be returning here. :)

Had bought a large dog kennel which got destroyed in less than 3 months. Talked to the staff and they replaced Fred's kennel even upgraded it to an XL ( didn't have to ) free of charge. Thank you PetLand and I will be back in the future.
