We had the pleasure of choosing our flooring with Parkland for our Pacesetter home. Jamie was knowledgeable, personable with his quick humour, and made the experience one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

We purchase a carpet from carpet one about six months later we notice a major ware and we’re not happy we put in a claim with a manufacturer which was denied carpet one stepped up to the plate and replaced our carpet at their expense I would recommend them to anyone I real stand behind business

I ended up purchasing a vinyl plank for my condo and Taner helped me the whole way through picking the flooring. He was very knowledgeable and knew which type of flooring would work best for my subfloor. My first choice of flooring was out of stock and would take awhile to come in, so Taner gave me samples of other options that were comparable and would be available. I found and installed something I loved and that wouldn't have happened without the help from Parkland Carpet One.
