“Overall not a great experience there’s so much rudeness in their response but but that being said theres such a nice lady which is compassionate and super kind Madisson - The only reason I will gove them five stars - To the owner you have the room to improve the experience. Your employees need to learn from Madission what customer service is.“

Regarding the demo, she said they usually leave the old flooring under appliances so they don’t have to be moved as often. That wasn’t what the guys said so she is looking into it. A note or phone call would have taken care of that
She also said they don’t follow up for 2-3 business days after an install. I guess no news is good news to them. She is going to discuss that with management to move that sooner. I appreciated the call. Hopefully customer service will improve going forward

Had my whole main floor demoed and new flooring installed. Demo day they left the old flooring under my fridge and stove so I had to pull them out and remove it myself. They said the next day that they ran out of time. It took me five minutes. You can’t work an extra five minutes? They did a great job on the flooring install and I am very happy with it but thought they might have called to follow up to see if I was happy, leave instructions for care etc. guess spending almost $11K doesn’t warrant good customer service. Work done was great but customer service is definitely lacking“
