The doctors at this clinic are professional and helpful, but unfortunately the reception staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. They seem to have no understanding of how to communicate respectfully with patients. People visit a medical clinic because they are sick, worried, or need help, and the last thing they should experience is rude behavior and a bad attitude.
Every interaction feels dismissive, as if patients are a burden rather than people seeking medical care. Basic courtesy, respect, and empathy are completely lacking. One star for the front desk. Front desk need to be fired immediately...they don't deserve to be here at first place. They don't know how to talk to customer, no manners at all. They just take advantage of patients and behave like they are god.

Absolutely pathetic trying to charge me 150$ for a WCB claim won’t invoice my company manger was rude place has really gone down hill won’t be back ever teach your receptionist customer service
