I have always had an outstanding experience with Normanview Income Tax Services. From the moment I walked in, Juan and Edward made the entire process stress-free and easy to understand. They were professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all my questions and make sure everything was done accurately.
All that being said, they still manage to create a presence that makes you feel right at home—not just a number on a piece of paper. I genuinely felt cared for throughout the entire appointment.
I left feeling confident, supported, and grateful for the level of service I received. I wouldn’t trust my taxes with anyone else. Highly recommend!

The staff and level of service are excellent here!I've worked with 4 different accountants here over the years and they've all been been courteous and professional, saved me time and money with their advice, and been incredibly flexible as my tax situation has changed over the years.I cannot recommend them enough!

I’m just a little annoyed with the payment. I was told they don’t nickle and dime their clients. So my bill went up 55 dollars for 2 returns from last year I was fine with it until I looked at the bill. They charged 5 dollars for adding my medical expenses. 5 dollars each for splitting the pension. It was exactly the same as the last 2 years but this year I’m charged for every click of the computer. I’m not sure if it’s common practice but I’ll be looking for someone who doesn’t nickel and dime me. Very disappointed.

Talked to someone more than a month ago about doing my late mother’s income tax, had the nicest conversation with a male that answered the phone, he told me they could do her taxes no problem! Told me what I needed to make it easier. I have been waiting for all my mother’s tax receipts to come. Finally got the last one this week. Called this business and asked if they take appointments, I was told GOOD LUCK! In a rude manner, not taking new clients, . This place was recommended to me! Don’t know how it goes from yes then to good luck. She could have said I am really sorry but at this time we are not taking new clients! Thanks for nothing!

Me and my late husband have been going to Normanview Income Tax for many years. James always helped us file our taxes. He always did an amazing job and was very kind, efficient and knowledgeable. Edward has now taken over and I can't say enough good things about him. He is also very kind and knowledgeable and is very patient explaining things to me and has went above and beyond.
