Terrible pedicure. I didn’t expect at the price I paid I would be taken to a room told to sit on a straight back chair and place my feet in a stainless steel bowl on the floor. Moved to a bed for pedicure where I would question the cleanliness. Next time I will go to a real spa

I had such a horrible experience with the massage therapist...I will never go there again. As I was changing she walked in on me and didn't knock before entering, she was cleaning the massage chair beside me while i was still in room lying on the massage chair and did not let me know she was finished with me, I did not even get an Indian Scalp massage, the description on website was nothing to what i received and she scolded me like i was a little kid...I called to complain and the manager still has not called me back...soo unprofessional. I would think twice before booking!!

My skincare experience here was terrible, first and last time. The products were fine, but the person doing my facial was unprofessional. She demonstrated towel use by putting it over her own clothes (hygiene issue), questioned why I opened my eyes while answering her (she hadn’t even started yet and was still washing her hands), laughed at me when I mentioned using night cream for aging while I’m in my 30s, and applied the mask too close to my eyes, then left the room while I was in pain and tearing up. When she returned, she apologized, but this is clearly a training issue. She also told me several times not to go to the gym today as it would “ruin her work” on my face!!! She kept calling me to look at my skin in a mirror while I was paying at reception, even though she could clearly see me. Unprofessional from start to finish.

Went there and got my septum pierced It was so easy booking an appointment with them didn’t have to wait long when I got there the piercer was nice and friendly she talked me through every step that she was doing
