Blew a brake line in rural Saskatchewan on a cross country road trip, and the great people at J&C auto went above and beyond as soon as they picked up the phone. Got the vehicle towed to there shop and they had us on the road same day. They somehow managed to make a breakdown a positive experience and we are so grateful for that. Good, honest people.

Chris was a real pleasure to deal with. We are from out of town and he was very eager to help us. He was very prompt in preparing an estimate and then worked with me to modify it to a point that was financially acceptable to me. All work was done courteously, professionally, and timely. When my wife and I had our clutch give out during a cross-Canada move, the mechanics at J&C were the only shop not booked a week and a half out and got back to us quickly. They gave us a fair price accurate to the maker's quote (while many other autoshops wanted to charge 25%-100% more than Mazda's quote), fixed it in a timely manner, and even helped us find a hotel and ride while we waited for the repair. They have excellent customer service skills and exemplify going above and beyond for their clients. If I'm ever in the area again and need my car looked at, they would be the first auto-shop I would call.
