About GoodLife Fitness Regina Albert and 25 Ave
GoodLife Fitness Regina Albert and 25 Ave provides a clean environment with organized weights, but there is room for improvement in customer service and equipment variety. The gym offers basic cardio options, including one assault bike, but many customers express a desire for more self-propelled treadmills and skiers to enhance their workouts and help reduce energy costs. Some members have experienced issues with fee returns, though a staff member was helpful in resolving concerns. Overall, the front desk staff could be more engaging, as they sometimes appear distracted and less welcoming compared to other locations. The gym also faces challenges with hours, as it is not truly 24h; on weekends it operates from 7am-8pm, and on some weekdays, hours are limited, which has disappointed members expecting full 24-hour access. Despite these issues, the staff remains highly praised, with some members noting exceptional personal trainers and a positive environment created by the management. However, concerns about overcrowding and certain members' rudeness have been raised, along with frustrations over inconsistent hours, especially on weekends and stat holidays, with policies that sometimes seem at odds with the "24-hour fitness" branding.
Large cardio area and very clean facilities. It gets crowded during the evening, but it’s still manageable. While it’s a solid spot, there could be more free weights and specific machines to handle the peak hour rush. Overall, a decent place for a consistent workout.
It's not 24/7 and in my personal opinion the eastern location is just better.
I’m usually a weekday guy and I decides to try coming to the gym last night at 5:15. Gym was closed despite hours saying they’re open Saturdays until 8. Don’t know if that’s an issue with staff or a schedule issue but either way embarrassing from whoever is managing this place
Good place to workout, but definitely needs better ventilation specially in the locker room. Certain times of the day like 8 pm-10 pm it can get crowded and its usually folks that refuse to use deodorant. It can get totally rank. Its unmistakable.
