Des has been amazing ever since I came to see her last year! She is always friendly and professional and will always keep your best interests in mind. I had come in for both laser hair removal and IPL and even though I'm usually scheduled on a regular basis, she would sometimes recommend to hold off on certain treatments because of summer sun which could cause more problems. If I inquired about other treatments, she would give her honest input and say whether she thought it was suitable for me or not. I'm always comfortable having a dialogue with her and she always wants to make sure you get results! Fully recommend.

Terrible experience with laser hair removal. It was the worst experience I ever had. Not only the technician was unprofessional but I also ended up with burnt skin. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, very unprofessional and have zero knowledge about laser and different types of skin.

Very unprofessional and rude person who calls herself a doctor! I just waisted my money and time. When after 4 sessions with no results I asked for refund she started yelling at me. She yelled she did everything what she was studying. Doesn’t look she was a good student. Also every one is different and she really needs more education and practice! Also this person needs to learn some manners and respect for others.

I had a terrible experience at this place. My first laser session went fine, but after the second session (out of six I paid $700 for), my skin was burned, leaving me with scarring and hyperpigmentation that I’ve been dealing with for over a year. When I reached out for help, they were extremely rude and dismissive, telling me to use aloe vera and giving me ineffective creams. When I tried to explain my experience, they gaslit me, making it seem like it was my fault.
Later, they claimed, “Your skin is too dark, and this is just a risk with laser,”—something I was never informed of before the treatment. Despite my ongoing pain and multiple attempts to contact them, they refused to refund me. I’ve tried various treatments (including tretinoin) with little success, and even basic hair removal in the affected areas is now painful.
If you have a darker complexion, please be cautious before considering treatment here. Their lack of professionalism and accountability made an already awful experience even worse.
