We thought our son had a concussion playing hockey so we decided to get an assessment done. Makenna Weir was our physiotherapist and she was excellent. She explained the process to recovery from a concussion. I do recommend Empower for anyone hat think might have had a concussion.

I recently had a Labrum injury, and i went to Empower Physio and saw Makenna Weir for my injury. She has really done an amazing job helping me get back to being close to pain free. She gave me some strengthening and stretching excersises, that helped me return to sports, and get back to the gym. If I ever have any more issues with my shoulder or anything else I will be coming back to get help from Makenna

My first time having physiotherapy done on me and I left there feeling better already. Avery was very patient with me as I had some anxiety about it all but I am so glad to have gone. Ty so much Avery. Keep up the great work.
