I brought my 2018 RAM 1500 in with serious engine issues and was looking for an honest, exact diagnosis after I had exhausted all my testing at home. The result was it needed an engine rebuild or replacement and Blair was able to prove it to me thru his extensive testing and years of knowledge. He took the time to go over everything and my options. In the end I was able to find a buyer who wanted the truck “as is” for a very fair price and I was able to buy a different vehicle. If I chose to do the rebuild/replacement I wouldn’t have hesitated to have Driven complete the work. I will be using Driven for all my future oil changes and maintenance from now on. Took my 2014 BMW 750xi to Driven for some clunking noises in the front end. They diagnosed the issue and fixed it in a timely manner, while being transparent along the way. My car has an aftermarket warranty(unassociated with Driven). They worked with the demanding warranty company and went above and beyond to ensure all the expectations were met on both ends.
Have been driving the car for the past day and it is certainly fixed!
