Thanks for helping me with a doorbell camera wiring issue. I called in the morning and they were able to fit me in at the end of the day. Awesome customer service. The technician, Kyle, was great; he communicated what was happening as he worked and fixed the issue. It was my first time using Croft Electric and I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again. This company is definitely a group of true professionals. The initial phone call was wonderful. The lady on the phone is top notch. She was knowledgeable and willing to help me in any way as quickly as possible !! She had the BEST customer service !! I had flickering lights and I was pretty concerned . I had another electrical company come out and look. That company didnt fix the issue. They told me to call sask power. Saskpower came out to look outside and said I had an issues with wires going from my house to the meter base. Saskpower proceeded to just tell me to get someone to fix it ? They closed it up and turned my power back on. I was even more freaked... read full review
