Just had one of there plumbers come out and replace my outside water spigot. They were fast and also answered my questions I had and concerns. I did forgot the name of the gentleman that came to help me. But I will definitely be calling them in the future their office stay is also very nice and friendly as well. Great company and cares about the work they do.
Brock took good care of us to install our new thermostat. The admin team is a little rough around the edges though. It makes errors with scheduling and takes zero accountability for their errors even though they booked us in for one day (what they sent by email, so we have a written record) and wasted a whole day and wouldn't pick up the phone when re-called during business hours multiple times.
Very impressive service. Matt was out to install the Ecobee Thermostat under the Sask Power Eco Program. Very professional and took the time to help me install the app and walked me through all the settings and options. Very impressive. Bright Plumbing and Heating is very lucky to have such and an amazing employee representing their company
