I recently purchased an iPhone 17 and Boss headphones from the Bestbuy store located in East of Regina. I am satisfied with the customer service despite the fact that I undertook the purchase on Black Friday. The store was busy but there were several customer assistants to help us. Store was clean and products were displayed well. Payment was quick and smooth. The store also offered me a Gift card worth $250 along with a great deal on my iPhone. Though Costco had a similar deal but had a wait time of 2 hours just to communicate with a sales representative. The staff are wonderful but their online service is abysmal. Four attempts to do an online purchase for a pick up order that kept cancelling. No one could figure out why. Spent 4 hours at the store and three separate people couldn't figure it out. How could a tech retailer suck so bad at online shopping. So horribly frustrating. In the end was told it cannot be purchased online. So why was it available on the online store?!?!
