Rob did an amazing job on my thick, curly hair! He was wonderful and knowledgeable about what I wanted done. It was a very relaxing atmosphere! Would highly recommend him for his years of experience, witty humour and excellent hair care!

Ida completely transformed my hair and I’m so thankful for her time ❤️ I didn’t catch her coworkers name but the wonderful lady with red hair was also incredible and her input was useful. So happy I found a place that’s SO welcoming and I can trust with my hair. Thank u best ladies ever!!

They ruined my hair. The haircut was extremely unprofessional and visibly uneven. When I pointed this out, the staff responded with very cold and rude behavior instead of trying to fix the issue. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone and definitely won’t be going back.

This was my second time visiting this salon. I made an appointment today for a shampoo and styling, but I was stuck in traffic. I tried calling the salon, but nobody answered. When I arrived, the lady informed me that I was 20 minutes late and that the stylist couldn’t provide the service because he had another appointment in 10 minutes. I understand this, but during my very first appointment, the stylist who was supposed to do my hair made me wait for 50 minutes, even though I had booked my appointment a day in advance.
It seems unfair that when the salon is running late, it’s acceptable for them to make customers wait, but if a customer is a little late, they cancel the appointment without attempting to reach out. Most salons have a 15-minute grace period rule, so technically, I was only 5 minutes late. They should treat customers with a bit more consideration.

I had ended up getting a really bad haircut from a lady from the small town I moved to and she completely botched my hair. My hair was different lengths and the ends were thick. I have my sides shaved as well and she managed to even mess that up. I had made an appointment with a gentleman named Chris. He was able to fix the mess the other salon had done. I'm so grateful to him. He has a client for life.

Best salon I have ever been. I had tried many salons in different countries and non of them coloured my hair the way I wanted it until I tried this salon and for the first time ever, I left the salon with very wide smile and complete satisfaction. Christopher was amazing; he knew what I wanted very quickly and he was very nice and patient with me. Beauty salon will always be my first choice 😊
