The couples hot stone massage was performed by people who were very inexperienced. The stones were scalding hot and then lightly and gingerly rubbed AT us... not relaxing or therapeutic in the least. The pumpkin facial wasn't cleaned properly after each step and made my face break out around the edges. I'm not going back.

They were a no-show for my appt, no call to cancel or anything. I will find them and sue. I have $250 in gift cards.

Bought service vouchers totalling almost $500 worth of services a few months ago. Tried booking multiple times, and every time on the day of the service they would call to cancel for various reasons. The practitioner was sick, they didn’t have the product, they didn’t have enough staff etc. I asked for a refund, was refused and told I’d get a discount on my service. I was booked for this weekend, went to find the doors locked, the place empty and the phone number out of service. I received their email and text confirmations of my booking the day before. No one bothered to call me to cancel this time before I showed up. And now there is no way for me to get my money back because there is no way to contact them. And they are STILL allowing gift card and membership purchases on their website but bookings are closed. So they are knowingly still taking people’s money without offering the services.They clearly have had operational issues for months but have been dishonest to clients in order to still take their money. Incredibly unprofessional and downright disgusting business conduct. The owner should be ashamed, while she’s off selling Avicii products at trade shows. I will never again support any business this girl runs.

Seems every time I make an appointment (even if it’s weeks in advance) they find some way to cancel. I booked a spa day twice now for me and my best friend who’s a new mom so it is not easy to find child care for her. Both times they’ve been cancelled and this time they didn’t even call. Just sent me an email saying my appointment was canceled and then wouldn’t call me back to tell me why my appointment was cancelled. Had to get them to message me on Facebook. I won’t even try to book here anymore. Waste of time. Hopefully I can get in somewhere else with my friend. Never been impressed with this place. Was hoping this appointment would change my mind….

The Steam Room/wet sauna was AWESOME!! It was worth every penny! Love it. They gave nice staff too. And it is pretty clean. I recommend because it is better quality at a cheaper price compared to the gyms that provide steam room/wet sauna.

Spa sign in front lobby looked like a dollar store arts & crafts project. I get what they were trying to do there, but it didn't give a great first impression upon walking in. Big beautiful doors leading to rooms with dirty, yellow furniture & dirty mirrors with dollar store decor. My chin & upper lip wax was okay. Esthetician should have put pressure on the skin after ripping, but didn't. I have very sensitive skin and neither girl took the time to ask anything about allergies or sensitivity. I was under the impression esthetician's care for a number of things including skin. Manicure was terrible, esthetician was very gentle which was okay i guess, but the "hand and forearm massage" you get was just light barely touching. Finished color on finger nails is blotchy with my nails ending up looking different shades. Pedicure was brutal. Cuticles still in pain from what appeared to be the girl plucking my cuticles off instead of cutting them. She seemed inexperienced, and could get better technique the more she practices, but she brutalized my cuticles. I can't even wear socks it hurts, and i went two days ago. I went with some gift cards i had recieved, just glad i didn't spend my own money on these services. Would not recommend.

Went into the spa with my mom, she got a gel polish pedicure and I got a gel polish manicure. The girls were so nice and professional! Definitely recommend going to Avicii!

My daughter and I have enjoyed visiting Avicii these past couple of years. Recently we went for a mom and daughter spa day. Even though we were 20 minutes late for the appointment, they still accommodated us with great service.Pedicure, microderm facial, pool, and spa was an amazing day and excellent package. The technicians were wonderful, and they let my daughter and I visit and talk without interruption. Thanks for the great day!
