Had some issues with my remote start on my car this week, 2 weeks after my warranty expired. They got me in the shop today and replaced the module with no charge. Excellent customer service.

Firstly, let me say that we purchased three brand new Sony tv's and a Bose Surround Sound System for our new condominium 10 years ago and everything is still going strong! More recently I upgraded my main stereo system to Rotel. Namely RA-1572 MKII, RCD-1572 MKII and a T11. Kevin Beattie is very knowledgeable in all aspects hifi and relates that information very well to novice and expert hifi customers alike. Repaired a faulty Pro-Ject turnatble purchased from another dealer in house with great results and under warranty. If it's not your goto source for hifi, it should be. AAA+

Recently had a big stereo upgrade done in my new mazda at Audio Warehouse. Everyone in the store had been great to talk with.Evan did an excellent job with the car and in helping me decide on a system. I felt comfortable leaving my baby there for a few days lol. He kept in contact with me about questions and ideas. Workmanship is excellent and he put extra time and effort into this. A clean install, and the design (without compromising sound OR space) to hide the slim subwoofers and amp was pretty brilliant I gotta say.
