You know how some names just stick with you—for all the right reasons? (Much like the sticky traps Rob deployed.) That was definitely the case with Rob. I’d never worked with anyone from SafeTech before, but this first experience set the bar high. Rob was professional, thorough, and genuinely pleasant to talk with. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and kept the conversation light without losing focus. He left a great impression and represented SafeTech exceptionally well.
