“Always so impressed with PA PetSmart. Their staff always seems so incredibly knowledgeable. There is one lady in particular, I can never remember her name, but she is an absolute fish expert. Tonight I went to get 3 green Cory catfish as my green's buddy had found his way into the filter and passed away :( I told the (new) gal working that I wanted 3 green, one big one (to match my existing green) and 2 that were similar size. She asked me to pick them out so I did. After a very brief struggle she scooped all three out, with a tiny bit of substrate but no big deal, and then informed me it was her first time fishing bottom feeders. She did great and I was super impressed. Also, after having the 3 new green in my tank for a couple hours, all 4 of them are now a little crew together. So relieving, my green was lonely when his partner went away. Thanks PetSmart! (Could not get a good photo of all four, but there is the OG with 2 of his new buddies and one of my albinos lol)Edit** for anyone wondering. My green Cory catfish originally was bonded with an albino, if anyone is wondering if they can mix colours. Yes you can! Just make sure to always have an even number and make sure they're somewhat similar in size.“
