The store provides a varied selection to cover the needs of dogs, cats, birds, fish, amphibians, reptiles, and small animals like guinea pigs, gerbils, hamsters, and mice. Customers can shop online and pick up their orders at their local PetSmart within two hours. Select store locations also offer dog training, pet grooming, pet boarding, PetSmart Doggie Day Camp, and pet adoption services. The reviews of PetSmart are mixed. Some customers are impressed with the knowledgeable staff, particularly the fish expert, who was able to help a customer find the right green Cory catfish for their tank. The customer was satisfied with the staff's assistance and the new fish's integration into the existing group. This is a great place to get everything you need for your pets. They have a lot of different options for pet food, toys, supplements, and yes, clothing for your pets. They have some pets for sale like salamanders, bearded dragons, hamsters, mice, rats, etc. They have cats that need good homes & they're well cared for. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are a couple of guys that know a lot about the pets and products. Anytime I've had any questions, they've been very helpful. They also let you know if there's a better deal on similar products. Krista saw that I needed help with setting up my Petsmart classroom acct so that i can bring our guinea pig to our class. Thank you so much Krista. You made my little kindergarten students very happy. I also mentioned your name to my coworkers, so don't be surprised if someone comes up to you. And asks you about the classroom program. Once again Krista, Thank you so very much. You are so knowledgeable and amazing.
I love pet smart. Things are mostly well organized and in similar fashion across the board.
I like their loyalty program.
They serve higher quality food types for pets (and some of the generic brand).
I like to see the pets they have on display and wish I could take them home.
I didn’t interact much with staff except at check out but I’d return to this location if I was passing by and had needs !
