“Amazing customer service!!??Derek was kind enough to give me flooring advice on his own time (I know his beautiful wife), as I really had no idea what to be doing with my downstairs flooring reno’s. He then sent me to the lovely Mandi to talk product and scheduling. She knows her stuff and will do what she can to make a person happy (and she’s fun?). I explained that I wanted simple and functional as the areas main use will be for teenage boys.I got exactly what I needed within my price range AND Derek and Dean were able to squeeze me into their super crazy schedule way quicker than we anticipated.ET Flooring is the place to go if you want an outstanding experience.
