Amazing customer service!!??Derek was kind enough to give me flooring advice on his own time (I know his beautiful wife), as I really had no idea what to be doing with my downstairs flooring reno’s. He then sent me to the lovely Mandi to talk product and scheduling. She knows her stuff and will do what she can to make a person happy (and she’s fun?). I explained that I wanted simple and functional as the areas main use will be for teenage boys.I got exactly what I needed within my price range AND Derek and Dean were able to squeeze me into their super crazy schedule way quicker than we anticipated.ET Flooring is the place to go if you want an outstanding experience....read full review

Amazing store, really great staff. 100% recommend for big or small projects. They treated me and my family so well, very kid friendly if you have to take your kids in. Always spot on with their estimates and product ordering.

When we started the process of flooring replacement, we had no idea where to begin. Ashton was extremely helpful & provided recommendations based on style, budget & practical application. We ultimately had to put the project on hold as we had a sudden financial need arise that put our reno plans on the backburner, so we haven't gone through with a purchase yet! But we are thoroughly impressed with the customer service, & wanted to provide a review to reflect our experience.
