In the beginning about 4 or 5 months back this business was very good with customers, answering their phones and processing your loans fast and efficiently. Now I can say after calling 10 times yesterday and over 5 times this morning I'm getting increasingly frustrated with the response time with this location.

I phoned 2 months ago to inquire about flex loans and was directed to a voicemail. I tried to phone yesterday and it was the same voicemail. However, a lady by the name of Ella phoned back and explained everything I need to know about flex loans and how it differs from a personal loan. I appreciate that the store is calling back customers now.????

Made me feel welcome, manager & staff is courteous and friendly . Rowella answered all my questions & made sure I know what I needed to do. Will definitely recommend this place .
