Yesterday, my car started shaking on the highway from Saskatoon. I pulled over in Borden, called around, and this location set me up a wheel alignment appointment within three hours of calling. I was thrilled.
We went in, and the two affectionate tabby cats were a bonus! The technician showed me where to check for snow in my rims, but I authorized the alignment anyway, and they were happy to do it.
They quoted me an extremely reasonable price and certainly underpromised and overdelivered on how long the service would take; they quoted 1.5hrs, but we were out of there in just under an hour.
Due to some problems with brakes in the middle of a road trip, I had to come in half and hour to closing. Despite that, my partner and I were treated with a truly exceptional customer service experience and my problems fixed before closing. Staff were experienced, kind, friendly and efficient. Even their service rep (pictured below) was extraordinary! Thank you so much!

When I moved back to the Battlefords I kept seeing Fountain Tire sponsoring many of the events I was attending.
