Will, Brad and the whole team at WD went above and beyond to diagnose and replace a furnace in a short and effective amount of time. They took the extra step to find a replacement furnace, dedicated days installing it, fixing issues involving it and making sure it was done properly. To say they did an exceptional job would be understating the amazing work they did.10/10 would recommend WD to anyone.
Wd has helped me out multiple times with repairs and recently had a new high efficient furnace and air conditioner installed by them also, competitive pricing and stellar work, always! Highly recommended!
We were doing a house inspection for a real estate transaction and WD found serious deficiencies. A 2nd opinion was requested and the other plumber reported that nothing was wrong. Will recommended we bring in a neutral 3rd party, so we did and a 3rd inspection was done by a gas inspector and WD's inspection was validated. The deficiencies were corrected and serious issues were avoided. Will was confident in his findings and because of that we were able to re-negotiate the purchase price, and properly correct what was wrong.
