Their rep Randy came over and was done in 15 minutes! I can’t give you more than five stars which pisses me off because I would say this was beyond five star service! I called you came with in an hour. Did the job in 15 minutes were nothing but the best! Randy, you were the man if you’re in a trailer park and you have a problem with your drains these are the guys to call!!! I’m going to give them six stars, cause the algorithm only allows five!
We had a blockage between the backflow preventer and septic tank (rural), and couldn’t get at it with our light duty snake. We called Rotor Rooter in Moose Jaw, and they were on the way in about an hour on New Years Eve and that’s pretty terrific all by itself! Randy brought his tools inside, and got to work right away. It was a nasty toilet paper and waste blockage about 27 feet down, and after a couple tries, Randy managed to get it to dislodge and drop into the septic tank. We were very pleased with both the price and the great service provided by Randy. We highly recommend Randy and the folks at Rotor Rooter Moose Jaw!
