I had my hair done today by Kate, and I honestly can’t say enough. I walked in feeling nervous because I hadn’t had my hair done in years and had multiple people mess it up, but I walked out feeling confident, refreshed, and genuinely beautiful. That transformation wasn’t just about the hair — it was about the whole experience.

Kate is such a pleasure to be around. She’s professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly informative, taking the time to explain everything and make me feel comfortable every step of the way. On top of that, she’s an absolute blast — warm, fun, and so easy to talk to. The entire appointment felt relaxed and uplifting.
