Some areas for improvement include room maintenance, such as fixing drywall patches, adjusting shower heads, and servicing noisy AC units. The change rooms could also benefit from updates. Although some rooms are quite dated and could use more TLC, guests find the spa good for relaxing and enjoying treatments. Many visitors appreciate the helpful front desk staff, especially for billing inquiries and resending receipts. Booking can be challenging without an online system, as guests often find it difficult to schedule treatments on the same day as their stay due to the need for phone calls. Despite these minor issues, guests have positive experiences and express a desire to return for more treatments, with some planning to visit multiple times a year.
Just got a massage by therapist Tyson and it was the best I’ve ever had! Tyson is incredibly skilled and seemed to know exactly where my body needed the most attention without me having to say much. The pressure was perfect, the experience was relaxing from start to finish, and I walked out feeling better than I have in a long time.
If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely exceptional at what they do, I can't recommend Tyson enough. I'll definitely be booking with him again!
I had a 75 minute massage from James and it was def worth it. There was a mix up on the part of the spa as I had changed my massage type through email, received confirmation that had been completed but was never changed in the system. I was offered a discount however still disappointing. I also had a pedicure done by Coral and was one of the best I ever had. Rather than all the time being spent soaking or scrubbing, time was spent on my feet. I wish there was more info on the lounge to sit in. We were hotel guests and didn't know we could have had some snacks available to us prior to our treatments.
