When our furnace failed during freezing weather and a burst waterline followed, they
came to the rescue immediately.
Their team arrived swiftly, and every technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.
They fixed the waterline quickly, explained everything clearly, and charged fairly. Despite the chaos, their professionalism and warmth made a stressful situation bearable.

The only place who answered for an emergency call, they were fast and pofessional the first time in our home. Unfortunately our furnace decided after being repaired once that it didn't want to go through yet another cold season. ? Mid west was great with the work, quotes and communication. They were able to get our new furnace in and installed faster than anticipated. There was a small bump after installation which was quickly resolved. Definitely recommend these guys, they've been fantastic for us.
Being new to Moose jaw we have had experience with two other plumbing companies. Not being fully satisfied with the other two (one we had booked and were a no show wanting to charge us a yearly fee to be a "preferred customer") we called Mid West. What a GREAT team. We will be happily and confidently recommending this company to all of or friends and family. So happy to have found a plumbing company that we are so happy with.
