“We got seals to clean our entire house before moving in (lots of carpet upstairs and down). Helen gave a quick and detailed quote over the phone. They guys came and did a clean and noted that the carpets were extra dirty from a previous owners pets. They offered to return and clean again if odors continue. Once they left we realized the carpets were much more wet than we had expected, luckily we were able to get some fans
and a residential carpet cleaner to soak up extra moisture. When I called to tell Helen about the issue she was quick to apologize and take action to deal with our concerns. The guys ended up coming back again and doing a fabulous job to remove odors and brought fans which meant much less moisture this time. They also redid the dryer vent cleaning which was an extra charge and done the first time, but not quite thorough enough as dryer was still having issues. After they cleaned the dryer vent again they also helped me to look in the basement to find the cause of the problem which turned out to be kinked flex hose leading outside (no fault of seals). Great customer service, very happy with the resolution to our concerns. Would recommend again as we understand that mistakes happen“
