I have naturally curly hair so I have had my fair share of bad salon experiences. This one takes the cake.
I figured I would save myself some trouble and treat myself while on vacation by getting a wash and blow out. Rather than providing a nice service, it was clear they were trying to rush me out of the chair. I get that I have a lot of hair but charge me extra or tell me you don't have time. That is preferable to the experience I had. She didn't even completely dry my hair before starting to go in with a hot tool and I had to ask her to dry it more before curling it. She dried it into the biggest frizziest pouf and then curled the mids to ends which left me with the most ridiculous frizzy poufy unkempt hair. I would have had the same hair results driving down the highway with my window down. It was still damp when I left.
I had to immediately go back to the hotel to fix my hair. Rather than an enjoyable experience on vacation, this completely ruined this day of the trip for me.

My daughter was getting a hair cut so I took a minute to find shampoo. My particular one is discontinued but these 2 beautiful young ladies went above and beyond to help me. A year ago I had cancer surgery on my head so I'm very sensitive about it. The 2 young women made me believe that there are kind souls out there. Thank you Kelsey and Maddox for proving that humanity still exists!!!!! 🥰🥰🥰

I absolutely loved my experience with this salon, such great people all around, my stylist did exactly what I showed her I wanted done and was fairly priced! I sat there for 4 hours to do foils and cut and was always offering me drinks, to use the washroom or just stretch my legs, very compationate and I just loved my time there. would highly recommend 👌 😊
