Poor quality service. I understand there aren’t many “walk-in clinics” in town but this is not the place to go in any case. Also don’t treat their employees right!

Took my daughter here in the early afternoon because she was sick and all the symptoms were weird. Doctor gaslit me into thinking I was crazy and overreacting, said nothing was wrong and shes in perfect health. Just got home from the ER at 11:30pm because of the infections (yes, plural) that he said she didnt have. Dont listen to these idiots. Reception was great though. No faults there.

I Cannot express how much i appreciate all the staff in this office . For always going out of their way to be accommodating and understanding. I have been to many clinics and these girls deserve the recognition . Thanks to all the staff and of course the Doctors.

Don’t know how its considered a walk in when they tell you to call right at 9 and then all the appointments are filled. Don’t get how I can call 5 min after they open and all the spots are filled. Really, take the walk in clinic out of the name. Its false advertisement

Called at 9am exactly and got in for 9:30am. If you want an appointment, call - don't walk in. It fills up fast (just cause our healthcare is in shambles) and especially fast during sick seasons. Waited about 15 minutes to see the doctor. Everyone was really helpful and nice. Doctor was professional and gave me a prescription for my cough. They sent everything over within 30 minutes. My condition had a relatively simple solution so it was fast and easy. For those with more complex conditions, go to a regular family doctor.

There should be a negative -0 star option on this. I once called that day March 03, 2025 for the same day schedule it was fully book. Then a day after i called again at exactly 09:00am for them to start answering the phone and i spoke one of the reception and asking me if i have to bookan appointment i said yes and the next words to her mouth i cant really catch up and she just hang up the phone. No patience. I kept calling and calling after 5 mins somebody answer and it was fully book again and i did addressed i am the one supposed to be have an arrangement to see a doctor but she said nobody knows whats going on. This City of Moose jaw is not a good place to raise a family period. This was happened March 04, 2025 at 09:00Am

absolute worst medical clinic u could go to, doctors dont care about ur condition. would rather know if u have a job or other random pointless dogshit that has nothing to do with a MAJOR depression issue. doctor would rather me go talk to another doctor about my problems then try and find a medication that works. after 2 weeks trying a medication doctors tells me to go calla helpline instead of trying something else as if im not on the brink of suicide. absolute worst medical facility out there.
