Alana is AMAZING! As a store owner and person she is wonderful! Shop local and support not just her but all the amazing artisans she brings in. So many neat and unique products she's carries its definitely worth the trip! And if you need a tattoo OR dance studio she has those too!! Highly recommended Alana for all you dancing and tattoo and gifting needs!

The best environment to get tattooed in. Alana is an excellent artist. So much love has gone into this place and you feel it when you visit. I really look forward to my next tattoo appointment. Highly recommend!

From Against the Grain Studios

Against The Grain Studios opened in 2020 and choose to focus on locally made art, crafts, live edge furniture, housewares and more. It is the home of LALA TATTOOS (Alana Rae Rempel) who specializes in Post-Mastectomy restorative tattoos, coverups and custom detail oriented work. Miss Alana is very happy to offer private and group dance lessons in everything from Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Hip Hop, Lyrical with competitive options available.
