“I had a fall this morning and really bent up my glasses. I tried to put them straighter but wasn’t totally successful so I went to FYI, explained what happened. Diana met me, was sincerely concerned if I was ok and was able to have Jenna come and fix my glasses as if nothing had happened. Jenna explained that the spring on the left side was broke but that she tightened it up. She fixed it up well enough that I will be able to make it through until my next appt in August where I will need new frames and lenses. Before leaving Diana checked again to make sure I was ok to leave. Awesome wry caring staff at FYI in Melfort. I was looked after like I was family. Thankyou!“
