I had a fall this morning and really bent up my glasses. I tried to put them straighter but wasn’t totally successful so I went to FYI, explained what happened. Diana met me, was sincerely concerned if I was ok and was able to have Jenna come and fix my glasses as if nothing had happened. Jenna explained that the spring on the left side was broke but that she tightened it up. She fixed it up well enough that I will be able to make it through until my next appt in August where I will need new frames and lenses. Before leaving Diana checked again to make sure I was ok to leave. Awesome wry caring staff at FYI in Melfort. I was looked after like I was family. Thankyou!

I have been going to this clinic for approximately 20 years now. I have had nothing but excellent service here from my Doctor to all the girls assisting. I love the atmosphere, everyone is smiling and happy and always so helpful. Jason(my Dr) has been great. I was wanting some different frames and couldn't find what I was looking for at FYI so I took a chance at another clinic.I ordered 2 pair to find out from FYI that they were not the right prescription. Needless to say it costs me 100s of dollars. That was so wrong, I will never stray from FYI again. The Dr and girls are fantastic there. Thank you so much for all you do.

The new addition and layout is stunning. The waiting/viewing room, machine area as well as the eye exam rooms are a good size, with adequate seating and space even for my large family with four children. Everyone is beyond pleasant and patient when dealing with young restless patients.
