They do good work and they’re very busy. My only complaint is whenever I do an oil change there, I have to use a breaking bar to get the bung out and completely destroy the filter to get it out. Why so tight every time

Full disclosure - I go to Oil Can Alley for all of my oil changes. Yesterday I brought in a vehicle that I haven’t driven in some time, as I found the oil was a bit low. Dave noticed that one of my tires were slack as well, so he had me bring the vehicle in, topped up the oil, pumped up the tires, then checked all fluids. Dave went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle would get me to my destination. Thanks again guys for everything!

Poor service. Initially we were greeted good morning, then were left to stand there for 10 minutes while two people were in the shop chatting. We had a situation needing somewhat immediate attention due to a long drive ahead. Whether or not they could assist us, a quick check in as to why we were there would have been appreciated so that we could find service else where if they couldn’t. Not impressed.

I would like to give you guys more stars but no one seems to ever be around to answer the phone. Also please update your hours online as I went there as google said you were open by 9 and it was still closed
