When I went to their office in MELFORT, they immediately engaged me and made me feel welcomed. When in the examination room they were very cordial and professional as well as very interested in my dog. The doctor sat on the floor with my dog, trying to make him feel comfortable and at ease. And when done he engaged me in conversation, by explaining in depth what his recommendations were and then followed through with everything that he said that they would. I highly recommend them to one and all. There wasn’t one mention of cost until all things were explained clearly. Very well done
