Great experience at Wholelife Wellness. I went multiple times a week to tackle some ongoing pain and Dr. Weran helped tremendously. I appreciate the patience, flexibility and personalized treatment I received and recommend it fully.

Craig & Cari are both extremely kind & personable as well as helpful & accommodating to the needs of their clients. Craig has gone above and beyond to help me with my ongoing neck injury & back pain & thoroughly going through my x-rays with me to help with my chiropractic treatments.

Cognomovement is playful magic and I highly recommend playing ball with Cari.Full disclosure, Cari and I have been friends since 2018. When she told me about this new modality called Cognomovement, I was very curiousLast weekend she was in Regina and we decided to exchange services. She started by asking me questions about the things that I wanted to change and the discomfort I was feeling in my body, while she took notes.We progress to tossing this ball that looks like a soccer ball with chakra symbols all over it back-and-forth, while she spoke my words back to me.
