Cognomovement is playful magic and I highly recommend playing ball with Cari.Full disclosure, Cari and I have been friends since 2018. When she told me about this new modality called Cognomovement, I was very curiousLast weekend she was in Regina and we decided to exchange services. She started by asking me questions about the things that I wanted to change and the discomfort I was feeling in my body, while she took notes.We progress to tossing this ball that looks like a soccer ball with chakra symbols all over it back-and-forth, while she spoke my words back to me. It felt like we were just playing and then all of a sudden the pain in my gut moved up higher to below my ribs, then completely subsided.In the week, since I have found myself forgiving old grievances, and I feel that my heart has expanded to contain even more love. Who knew that was even possible?I highly recommend Cari for any of her services. She is a caring person and an amazing healer.
This place was great my daughter decided to put a bunch of curlers in her hair and we couldn't get them out this place was able to get my daughter in last minute and helped get all the curlers out with out having to cut it or making her cry she left laughing and happy with her new style definitely recommend
