Got my oil changed here. They over tightened the oil plug so bad they had to use an extraction socket with a 3’ bar to break it lose. Spent 2 hours of my time there trying to remove it. I thought I would be compensated with maybe a free oil change. No is what they said. I will definitely go somewhere else for my 3 vehicles

I go here for all of my oil changes normally but this time might be my last. I went in and got asked some different questions than normal, particularly about my rear diff needing an oil change every 4500 km!! Umm, no? It needs to be done every 130,000km. I understand this location has new ownership now and that explains the change. Obviously I opted to NOT have my rear diff oil change because that is a classic upsell technique by dubious management. Also, rear diff oil change is done by a full mechanic, not fast oil change place. Stop doing this, I dont want to know how many people will fall for it. I await your response on this unethical practice.
