Kathy has been wonderful to work with. She has acted promptly on matters that needed attending to, and is also quick to respond to requests or questions. She keeps us in the loop and on our toes with things like renewal reminders, which are very much appreciated! We’ve been with Kathy for a number of years and through everything from minor policy changes to stolen vehicles. We’re lucky to have her help.
