Love this clinic. The staff are wonderful. They have been great with our two dogs. Always keeping us informed on how they are doing while they are in their care. Follow-up care is also great! Highly recommend!!

I honestly don't know what I would do without the amazing people at the Indian Head Animal Clinic. In the last few weeks I have had two absolutely heartwarming experiences with them. The second one was yesterday when my dog Sadie had to have a pretty serious surgery on her mouth. The care they took of her, and heck ... of me, was beyond amazing. They go out of their way to do things for you that I haven't experienced with other vets.
This is my beautiful girl this morning, resting peacefully. I thought it was the going to be so so much worse, but the girls there told me what to do and how to help Sadie through this and she is resting peacefully this morning and on the mend.
Not to pick favourites but, someone I always look forward to speaking to when I call there is Laura. You can always hear her smile through the phone and the amount of support and compassion that she has for animals and for their owners, is beyond words.

I had to get my baby of 18 years put down. They were very gentle and kind with her, and gave us as much time as we needed with her. Thank you

Called got an appointment same day was running late stuck behind a train called they said no problem even though they are an hour away will go there every single time!

Took my dog to a clinic in Regina as he was not eating. They told me he was just getting old and picky. Couple weeks later I took him to Indian head animal clinic and they very quickly diagnosed him with a very aggressive tumour. It was too late for medical intervention and he passed shortly after. They were very sympathetic and gave us options for keeping him comfortable. Wishing I had just made the drive and taken him here to begin with.

I Booked an appointment in person with the clerk at the veterinary clinic on Main Street Indian Head for the following day. I had to cancel my appointment for extenuating personal reasons on the day of the app ointment. About 2 1/2 hours before the actual appointment. There was no mention of a cancellation fee when I booked the appointment. We have dealt with that clinic ever since Melanie started out in Indian Head. They have always done excellent work with our animals. We’ve probably been with that clinic for 25 years or so. So, they were enforcing a $50.00 cancellation fee because I had to cancel my appointment on the day of the appointment which we were not made aware of at the time I booked. We have spent thousands of dollars with that business over the years. I am disappointed in their decision to stick us with a cancellation fee when we have always been close patrons of the business. Because of their decision to fine us, we will find another veterinarian elsewhere. This new owner of the Indian Head Veterinary Clinic has lost our business.
