Prairie View Properties - Country Life Close to the City

We have been living at Prairie View for 3 years. There is so much to love about this place: the trails, the quiet, and the close vicinity to town. We knew we wanted the space of an acreage but didn’t want to be too far from Humboldt. There were plenty of options to choose from, but very early on, we knew that Prairie View was the place for us. It wasn’t just an empty lot amongst other empty lots as many developments are; there was a plan for a real community and a space to enjoy it, and that was important to us. We are so lucky to be raising our family out here and calling it “home.”

Melissa and I walked the trails and we were pleasantly surprised by the wonderful views, close proximity to town, wide and well groomed walkways and the option for a long or short and sweet walk. We will definitely walk the trails often. We highly recommend everyone to check out these trails and don't forget to take a camera because a highlight for us was the neat little selfie spot.

We love acreage living and it's only 2 km from Humboldt to our doorstep. The walking trails really make PVP stand out to us.
