Before going into the Brighton Pet Valu in Saskatoon, we went to a couple of other well known pet stores nearby. They cannot compare to this pet store. The staff are friendly and displayed a true interest in our new puppy and her needs, as well as us as her new family. They were knowledgeable and offered options for products at different price levels and quality with honest answers to our questions. It’s my number 1 pet store from now on!

To say Tyler and his team are fantastic is an understatement. Me and my wife have been shopping at this location since it opened and we remember Tyler helping us back then when he was just a worker! He was always delightful and extremely knowledgeable. We were thrilled when we came in for some supplies and food to see he returned as manager! There has definitely been some rough visits to this store in the past during previous management but we haven't left unsatisfied once from Tyler or his team.
