It was a very difficult weekend with our dog, Timber. We had to call the emergency after hours for immediate care. The staff member on the phone was very patient and caring. The vet who attended to our little boy was Karly. I cannot say enough positive things about her. Karly was thorough, compassionate, and explained the situation very clearly. Unfortunately, Timber passed away. The staff we ended up dealing with from the Weyburn and Estevan clinics, from the check in to cremation, were all fabulous.
Yesterday was a tough one. However, from phoning this clinic at 4:30, all the way to leaving the clinic at 9, my family, and our sweet boy felt the most care I have ever seen at a practice.
The moment I called from weyburn begging and pleading they’d be able to take in a very important member of our family, the receptionist was nothing but compassionate. She knew that we didn’t have much time for questions, and knew that we needed to make it to the vet as quickly as possible.

The team was very professional and friendly! They made my boy feel safe and comfortable for it being his first time to the vet! He had surgery and came home and healed up perfectly! Not a single problem. Not to mention how explanatory they were to us on what to watch out for!! They also called us few days later to see how he was feeling! Highly recommend!!
