Kim is an excellent personal trainer. She knows how to tailor a program to fit your needs but also how to push you to do things you didn't know you could do. I highly recommend her and her gym!

I just finished a 10 session personal training session with Kim. I’ve been going to the gym for over 30 years. This was a great tune up for my gym routine. I got so many tips tricks and new moves. Great way to start my retirement and 6th decade going around the sun. I would highly recommend her coaching

This gym is a gem ! For a small town to have access to a 24 gym is incredible! This gym is equipped with lots of equipment, super clean and well taken care of! Kim is an excellent Personal Trainer. Pushing you as far as she knows you’re able. I have become way more confident in myself and a good percentage of that comes from her warm n friendly n highly skilled profession!
