I am very satisfied with this home inspection. They are so great and knowledgeable, helping you to have an idea and decision in purchasing house. Highly recommended. But, our realtor told us not to believe on this inspection, they just want us to buy the house, maybe she is just after the money! So unpredictable! Good thing we didn’t purchase the house ‘coz there are so many issues and damage that will cost us a lot. Home inspection is really a good thing and should be a mandatory for buying a house. Thank you Neil for helping us.
