What really stood out was the honesty and transparency. Paul took the time to explain everything and made sure I understood what was needed. No unnecessary repairs or upselling!

I came in with an emergency on my move from Calgary to Ontario and they squeezed me in first thing and made sure I was safe to continue. They even called and spoke to my mechanic cousin to talk things through and make sure everyone was feeling ok! To top it off, I had my dog with me and they let her hang out in the waiting area with me. Everyone, including one of the owners, was super friendly and upfront, and kept up friendly conversation with me while I waited about 4 hours. I couldn’t be more grateful!

Great experience at BTC. Booking the appointment was easy, the final bill matched the initial quote (so rare these days), they identified some required suspension and steering issues that need to be addressed, and they completed the work on time. We were driving home to Southern Ontario when the check engine light suddenly came on. A quick Google search let us know that this shop was highly rated and nearby. Paul was able to hook up the diagnostic tool indicating a problem with our thermostat. He ran a couple of heat tests and reset the sensor and sent us on our way free of charge. Who does that anymore?
