Highly recommend dry needling! As a runner this is a must, I can’t say enough about it! It does so much more than a massage, don’t let the needles scare you it’s amazing! And Jen is always blast to chat with and so encouraging!
Jen has helped me tons after multiple surgeries on my foot! Besides her physical therapy expertise she also has massage and dry needling to her repertoire! Very professional staff, clean facilities, and having 24-7 access to a gym is great for working out and gaining outside of therapy sessions.
