Jen has helped me tons after multiple surgeries on my foot! Besides her physical therapy expertise she also has massage and dry needling to her repertoire! Very professional staff, clean facilities, and having 24-7 access to a gym is great for working out and gaining outside of therapy sessions.
I have used TLC after my knee and Shoulder surgery and for my back and neck injury. I am with the VA and they are on their certified list. TLC is very good. They have helped me to recover quickly and they are kind people.
Pain, numbness, and tightly clenched muscles are agony, but visits to TLC for physical therapy releases my muscle tension and brings me great relief. I recommend TLC any time someone has muscle pain because I know for a fact they can and will help you!
